We will use this information: to book you onto any necessary classes that you have booked onto. pass your details onto the relevant instructor/area that you may have enquired about through the main website (rikasystemz.com) update our membership software, please see other instructors areas for their data protection and usage policy. to notify you if there are any changes to classes that may affect you such as cancellations, postponements or rearrangements. We may share your personal information with any member of our group, which means our instructors/franchises but only if it is relevant to your enquiry. We may share your information with selected third parties including: Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties: In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets. Online classes:

As a result of the lockdown due to the Coronavirus, we have made available an online platform to allow members to continue doing classes in the comfort of their own home. 

The online platform is subject to a monthly subscription which is stated on the checkout page.  It starts on the day you pay and the monthly fee is automatically taken on that date the following month (unless a bank holiday).  

Subscription can be cancelled at any time by the member themselves or a request can be made to us to cancel their subscription to [email protected]

No refunds will be issued in accordance with this policy for online classes.  RiKaSysTemZ® Ltd clearly state on the checkout page that it is a monthly payment and also highlight the fact that it can be cancelled at any time.  

RiKaSysTemZ® Ltd or any of it's instructors or officers cannot be held responsible for any injury during any workouts carried out in your own home due to the lockdown situation.  You agree to partake in the workouts at your own risk and you agree to take all necessary safety precautions before, during and after a RiKaSysTemZ® workout.
